The French association Brittany Food Biotechnology encourages work on optimizing the energy consumption of spray dryers

The nonprofit association Brittany Food Biotechnology (BBA), includes only the dairy industrialists, the related competitivity clusters, research organizations and experts of western France, federated around common R & D projects. Its objectives are to obtain high-quality substrates (milk and whey), extraction of molecules from milk with high added value and the development of appropriate technologies.
Brittany Food Biotechnology released today a preliminary research project, whose theme is the optimization of energy consumption of drying towers. The deliverable will be a synthesis of the state of the art and work, shared by all members of the association.
